This privacy policy governs your use of the software application App Name (OTA_Arduino) for mobile devices that was created by Tel-Tec Ltd. The Application is provides the mobile ability to upload (to targets within your local LAN) over wifi sketches or binary target images to Arduino OTA enabled targets

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information 

The Application obtains no information from the user other than the path to the file to upload, the LAN IP and port to target all of which remains local to the device

Automatically Collected Information 

In addition, the Application may discover IP address and Port information published on you network for local display purposes

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

No data is stored other than within the App on the local device and then only the path to the upload file is stored within user preferences

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
